Processing Time All Dragonflygetlost jewellery is handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping within the UK

• Standard shipping: 2–3 business days
• We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
