Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Dragonfly Get Lost jewellery. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
How it works:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: custom or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return unless faulty. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away — we'll cover return shipping in that case and offer a replacement or full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
